When registering DPS, the first account created by Adobe to manage everything including creating admin accounts was using my email address.
I have created another account email@example.com and would like to transfer the root/agent account to this email, since i will be leaving the company and my email will be destroyed.
Is this possible?
This can be done by logging in with the existing Adobe ID into Adobe.com, edit the account settings to use the new email address. However, if that new email address is already associated with another Adobe ID, it cannot be used. So you'd need to start somewhere in the chain and change the email to a valid email not currently associated with an Adobe ID, then you free up the previous email address to be used in another Adobe ID account. Hope this makes sense. The important thing to understand is that there is a unique ID that lives underneath the email address you use. You can change the email address to any unused email address and the underlying unique ID (GUID) remains the same.
