I am unable to download the RH9 trial. I have followed troubleshooting steps as far as possible but, having chosen the Platform/Language (Win/En) and hit the Download button, a new browser window opens and:

I was able to initiate the download successfully under Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 8. I would recommend reviewing Troubleshoot Akamai Download Manager 3 | Trial products - http://helpx.adobe.com/tech-comm-suite/kb/troubleshoot-akamai-download -manager-3.html.

Thanks for getting back to me.
The Akamai system requirements suggest that the download manager supports only IE 7 & 8, and Firefox 2 & 3.
I use IE9 and FireFox 12.
Not wishing to roll back to older, redundant software for the purposes of a simple download, could you just send me the direct link to the trial? Many thanks.

Please refer to my first post - I do not see anything to do with the Akamai Download Manager, only errors in IE, Safari and Firefox after clicking on the download button at http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=robohelp&loc=en%5F us.
