Creative Suite Student-Teacher Not Working!!!

Hello,

I recently bought the student-teacher edition of cs6 production premium. I have a new Mac os with Lion. 2 discs I had ordered to me in the mail seem exactly the same and say "Content and Information Help" on the front. Upon popping them in, no immediate Install action comes up and instead I have to seach the folders to find the Install apps. There are two, and neither is more than a gig in size. I do not see how all the programs I bought, including After Effects and such, could fit on obe disc with programs amounting to a gig. I feel like I've been duped and I don't have the programs. I registered the serial number and everything and restarted the computer. Someone please help me!!

How many discs did you get under the CS6 box?

Try runnig the 1st disc that says Installer #1 and then follow the onscreen instruction to install it.

If still some issue, please ellaborate the exact problem. Screenshots of the error will help.

It sounds like the packaging got messed up. Contact Adobe directly or, since you have the serial number, download the trial and activate it using the serial number.

According to the OP there were two identical contents discs, no installer.

Please understand that these forums are not an official outlet of Adobe Technical Support or Adobe Customer Support.

We cannot send you the missing disk.

I strongly recommend that you call Adobe Customer Support and explain that you got two of the same disk in you package and that you would like them to send you a replacement set of disks. They should be able to readily accommodate you!
