Conversion from CS3 or CS4 to CS6 changes doc size to letter

When converting files from CS3 or CS4 to CS6 the values for document show as letter. This effects several scripts that I run that reference doc size. Wich should be a custom size. This is not affected during conversions from 5 and 5.5.

Please comment.

I'm locking this thread in favor of your other thread, Array in CS 6 NOT WORKING, because I think they're the same problem. But it's....awful hard to tell. That thread has gotten more replies though.
