I am attempting to install a trial version of InDesign CS6. After downloading, the Download Assistant warned me that my OS (which is Windows Vista) did not meet all of the requirements, and that I should also download the Service Pack 1.
After installation, I received a message saying not all products could be installed successfully, and I was redirected to the following error report:
Exit Code: 6

I do not know how to resolve any of these issues, or how to download the Service Pack 1, if that suggestion is still applicable; when I tried to find it, I could only find the most recent, SP3.
If it is relevant, I have previously installed Photoshop and Illustrator CS5.
Could you check that you are logged in as an administrator?
The error also suggests that there might be other processes running could have locked a file.
Start Windows in the diagnostic mode and then try installing.
