Why can't I find an installation button on the installation disk that I received? All the buttons I click result in nothing happening? I used this same installation disk when I installed the first time and the installation worked, but I cannot do the installation this time around. What do I do now?
Double click the disc if it doesn't open automatically, double click Photoshop Elements, double click install. Make sure you are using the right disc--disc 3 is the mac version.
Hello Barbara B. I have been using Macs since 1984. Unfortunately I did not invest and remain invested since 1984. I could have really retired if I had done. Sorry to admit this and I should have caught the mistake but I did not. You did when you reminded me about "inserting the wrong disc!" I had inserted the Windows Disc and Not the Mac Disc. So all is going well now and thanks for the nudge in the right direction.
Hi Barbara: That's a true statement especially for someone who is visually challenged. Had Lasics eye surgery and it is still working but now I am forced to wear progressive (3) stage glasses when I drive especially at night. Thanks again for taking your time to help me.
