I purchased Adobe CS3 and Dreamweaver a few years ago. I have a new workstation I would like to install the software onto, but when I go to "My Adobe" it says I have no previous orders. What happened to my orders?
I contacted customer support through chat, and they said that I should post this question on the forum to get an answer, which I found very odd...
That is very strange because this type of inquiry really needs to be handled in a one to one setting with our support team. I would recommend contacting our chat support again and feel free to reference this message thread. You may want to have any other e-mail addresses or phone numbers you might have used in the past so they can search to see if your order is perhaps on a different account.
