Why does Adobe Application Manager not stop downloads when installation fails due to AAM corruption

Adobe Application Manager - If the installation fails for the first of all the CS6 products from Cloud with note that "AAM is corrupt and should be reinstalled" why does AAM not STOP all the other downloads (which then also fail for the exact same reason!) ?

In countries like here (New Zealand) that still have restrictive limits on their downloads this would be VERY HELPFUL !

Cheers, Kevin

Do you receive any specific error messages when the download is interrupted?  Are you able to download the trial of the software successfully?
