cs6/cs5 cold load time under w7 32bit not solid disk ?

Hi

 

may i know how much take cs6 and cs5 in cold load time under w7 32bit?

 

i'm not talking aboud solid disk because they are amazing fast

 

i used process hacker ,portable version , and it's 9 seconds

 

can someone test it?

 

look more slow then cs5 or cs4

    Win 7 on a normal disk: Photoshop cold launches in under 7 seconds, warm launch in about 4 seconds.

     

    That will slow down if you add a lot of third party plugins or presets, and can slow down if there are a lot of fonts or color profiles installed (depending on the state of the OS caches).

    User time (stopwatch), and no I don't use process hacker (it wouldn't help).

     

    Photoshop CS6 does spawn more threads at launch, so if you mistakenly looked at CPU time, it would appear slower.
