Hello,

Unfortunately I cannot use Configurator because it crashes InDesign whenever I run certain scripts that would otherwiser run fine when launched from the old script panel.

I get this messsage:

"An attached script generated the following error:

Object is invalid

Do you want to disable this event handler?

(No) (Yes)"

Afterwards, InDesign crashes.

Can I report this somewhere?

    Sorry for this.

Could you please send the panel that containing the script to xguo@adobe.com ?

And tell us which objects in the panel containing the script that make InDesign crash.

    We will investigate the problem.

    And here you mentioned:

that would otherwiser run fine when launched from the old script panel.

what doesn the "old script panel" mean?

    Thanks

    Xiaoyan

Did you check that the menu item correponding to button on the panel created by Configurator is enabled when you click the button on the panel? If the corresponding menu item is disabled, it means that menu item cannot be click at the moment. By the way, could you tell us which button on the panel caused this error?
