Download in Spain

I desperately need InDesign/Photoshop on my MacBook Pro.  I'm traveling in Spain and need to edit work from my office in the U.S.  I purchased a "Cloud" version on line, but it will not download.  As soon as the Adobe Download Application pops up it freezes and will not load.  Help!!

    Hi,

     

    A screenshot will be helpful to know where exectly this is freezing. Meanwhile do a system reboot and try again.
