Now on Creative Cloud, how do I cancel Product Subscription

I've signed up for full membership of Adobe Creative Cloud, and that's all set up fine.

 

I had an existing Photoshop CS5 12 month subscription that was converted to the non version specific subscription as part to the Adobe Creative Cloud launch.

 

I now want to cancel the product subscription (and have no problem with the payout fee), but can't find anywhere in the My adobe account pages that allows me to cancel it.

 

I can see it my subscribed list, I can find out all about it in the account details, it's just that there is no facility anywhere that I can see that will cancel it.

 

All the FAQs indicate that it should be possible after logging in with my Adobe ID.

 

Any ideas?

    Both annual and monthly customers should be able to cancel their subscription via the membership tab. A customer who has bought the subscription via a reseller will not have the cancellation option available under their membership tab.

     

    Also to cancel a one-year membership, customer can either go to the Account page on www.creativecloud.com or contact Adobe Customer Service
