Error message on exiting After effects CS6

Just installed Production Premium today.

 

Installation was ok, no errors.

 

Launched after effects, made some changes to preferences, then exit

 

On exit I get ::

 

 

Executable: AFterFX.exe pid 2d8c tid 1098. module vmctrl,ax

6 objects left active

at lione 317 of .\dllentry.cpp

continue? (Cancel to debug)

 

I tried adobe support chat, they cant/wont help stating this is outside there responsibililty and I should use the forums. THis is annoying as this is a brand

new version released today!!

 

 

 

I can close AE, but this is happening each time I exit

 

 

Can anyone help?

    It's some memory error. Only Prosser, Almasol, Wilk or whoever of the development team can make sense of such errors. Report it here: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform. Perhaps Mr. Kopriva can forawrd it interanlly, too, based on this forum post.

    Just an update. Please see attached screen dump of error, this time it pointed me to some debug files. I will send all these to adobe

    Still having this issue even after a recent automatic software update for AE

     

    Any ideas?

    May i have a christmas presetn please,

     

    I would like very much if I could use Adobe After Effects at the same time as having a USB camera installed on my PC

     

    You might need to speaj to those nice programmers at Adobe to help you

     

    If you could arrange this i would be very happy and will leave you and Rudolf some food and drink on new years eve

    Does it still do that? What is the exact version number of AE you have? 11.0.0?

    I ve just started AE, then exit and the message came up

     

    By the way, I DONT have a usb camera attached!

    No, just regular PC Windows 7 Ultimate, fully updated. 16 gig memory
