Mac Pro2.1 can be used in Adobe Photoshop CS6?

Hi, my office is planning to upgrade our software to Adobe CS6 ,but i am worrying my hardware not enough to support ,hope here can suggest me which parts need to upgrade.

 

my hardware details

Mac Pro 2.1

Proccessor Quad Core Intel Xeon

Processor Speed 3GHZ

Total of Cores:8

number or processors :2

Memory :7GB 667Mhz DDr2 FB-DiMM

Mac OsX version: 10.4.11 ( i think it should be upgraded to 10.6 version,isn't it?)

Display :Nvidia GeForce 7300GT 256Ram

 

Most often used software are Photoshop and Illustrator.I am Using Adobe CS3 now.

    Believe some features of CS6 require a min. VRAM recommended of 512 mb.  As with most things a min. is usally just geting by.

     

    CS6 places a heavy toll on video card.  http://forums.adobe.com/thread/979969

    You'll do just fine, but do max out that Mac Pro with RAM (as much as it will take) and do consider upgrading to a stronger display card in order to take advantage of all the advanced graphics capabilities of Photoshop 13.

     

    Photoshop 13 ("CS6") is a memory hog, and it utilizes the GPU to a much greater extent than CS5, let alone than CS3, which did not use the GPU for other than normal display at all.
