Fields Clear after Leaving a Signature Field if not Signed

All of the fields on a form clear after leaving a Signature Block if not signed. How do I stop this? I have users that inadvertently click in to the signature block, decide not to sign at that time, and tab or click out of the field. The current action of the form is to clear all previously populated fields on the form.

    Are you designing the form in LC designer or in Acrobat? Which version of acrobat are you using ? Do have any script running on signature field?

    Form being designed in LC Designer ES 8.2. Using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro and the issue remains with individuals using Acrobat Reader. No scripts running on signature block. Signature does have a collection of fields in the same form associated to lock post signature. Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Hi,

     

    So this is only happening with Adobe Reader users. Try the below mentioned steps and let me know if that helps.

     

    1. Open the form in Acrobat 9 Pro
    2. Click Advanced > Enable Right in Adobe Reader
    3. Click Save Now
    4. Test the newly saved form with adobe reader users.

    Problem exists in Acrobat 9 Pro and Acrobat Reader. Extended rights have been enabled. Checked and verified to be certain. Same results.

    See attached form. If the signature fields are selected and then not signed, all other fields in the form clear. I appreciate your time and effort in this matter.

    I finally threw in the flag and punted on this one. I deleted the field and replaced it with a new signature element. The new element works as predicted. Thank you for consideration.
