Any errors that you're seeing? Where is the download and install process getting stuck?

One message said it was downloading. However, it never installed. Now it just freezes on the "downloading screen"

I did get an error saying it was downloading. I doesn't appear to be downloaded. Now it is freezing on the download screen.

Please complete solution1 in Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-download-assista nt.html#main_Solution_1. When reinitiating the download please choose the default download location of your user folder.

You should be able to find the Stop Email Notifications button under Actions in the top right hand corner of the forum thread.
