Encore Freezes

Hello All

Why does expanding the timeline to max with the +key lock Encore.(all ver)Is there a way to stop this action? Or must I just stop before it expands to the max.I have to use Task Mgr to get out and restart.I lose a lot of work if I havent saved along the way.

    I have never encountered this, but I would start with this FAQ Entry, and supply as much info, as is possible, to help others troubleshoot the issue.
