Email form content upon submission

What is the best way to to send an email with the content of a form submission while also updating the CRM.

    I would like to know this also. I built a web form with some extended crm forms but I need it to add to the crm and also send out the entire form via email to a design team. Right now all we get is a link to view it but it does not show any of the form information. Please advise.
