Flash player doesn't work for Samsung Galaxy Note

I have downloaded Flash Player 11 for my Samsung Galaxy Note. But it doesn't work when I watch video in other website ( Not Youtube ). It said I have not installed my Flash Player. I keep download and undownload and it still doesn't work.
