Uninstall it, then try re-installing a fresh copy downloaded from the Adobe website.

What is your operating system, version & edition?

What is your web browser & version?

What is your Flash Player version?

What is "not working" - what do you see instead of the expected Flash content?

I'm having the same issue. I uninstalled 3 times and nothing happened. It does work with Google Chrome, so maybe its an Internet Explorer problem.
