Unable to complete online purchase of Creative Cloud

As I long-time Adobe user I'm keen to upgrade to Creavtiove Cloud.  But I'm unable to complete my online pruchase/payment and there's no other pathway.

 

I qualifty for the reduced rate for the first year due to CS3.  However, after entering my CC details the online process stalls after confirming my address details.  Hitting 'continue' just goes 'round in an endless loop - all required fields appear to be completed.

 

Spent 30 min on phone support - no help at all!

 

Would really like to get into the new versions of the apps :-)
