I can't buy Creative Cloud from the UK

Hi,

 

I'm an Adobe customer and am trying to buy Creative Cloud. I'm in the UK, and the price I'm given is in GBP. But when I click the 'purchase' button I'm taken to a page with a USD price and where the credit card has country: US set and unchangeable.

 

I cannot edit my Adobe ID profile - all the pages give 404 errors.

 

Any ideas?
