I installed PSE 10 some months ago, after using the trail version of PSE 9 (which was updated during the trial period). I have never been notified of updates to PSE 10, although I do get notifications for PSE 9. I can see those in Adobe application manager and via updates in "help" in PSE 10.
If I choose to update, I am only being given the option to update the PSE 9 version - which I have removed from my system (at least I think I have).
Can anyone suggest why this is happening, please?
Incidentally, I also have LR4 and CS6 installed and they update with no issues.

Hi Barbara
I'm using Windows 7, 64 bit. Raw converter is version 6.7. When I open "updates" it gives me the option to update to LSE 9.3, I tried that but got the error message that it was not installed (which I knew). I removed the trial via control panel Add/Remove programs.
Thanks for any suggestions - but I'm probably up to date, as you say. I was expecting that the ACR would have another update by now.

Well, you removed it the right way, and you are up to date for PSE raw right now. There are things you could do to remove all traces of PSE 9 and get that out of the updater, but it's a tedious process and would involve removing and reinstalling all your adobe products. Me, I'd live with the false update message.
Hi,
You could try turning off the notifications for PSE 9.
In the Editor, go to Help -> Updates and it probably says that there is a PSE 9 update available.
Click on the Preferences (top right) and you should see a list of things that it checks - uncheck the PSE 9 one and click on Done
See if that makes a difference
