Slug Text in Illustrator Separations not printing

We've just installed CS3 on a new computer and in Illustrator the text that should be in the slug line will not print. All the text in the art and separations prints fine but no color separation info is printed. Are we missing a font or something else wrong?

Please let us know your OS and if you updated your version of CS 3 to the latest version of CS 3.

Sorry, I thought this might be more of a setup issue...

This machine is Win7 and I just checked for Updates and none were found...

Create a point inside the artboard.
Then select that point and the slug text and create a symbol out of it.
Place an instance of that symbol into the file.

I'm talking about the text that Illustrator automatically prints out when you print separations. Typically it will be the path and/or filename as well as the names of each color plate.
