Can I buy in Australia and use in Malaysia?

I am an Australian and am stationed in Malaysia. Can I buy it under Australian license and use it where I am stationed?

This should not be an issue so long as your Adobe ID is associated with your Australian address and your credit card associated with that same name and address.
