More options for the location of footnotes in EPUB

In InDesign CS5.5 and CS6 footnotes can be placed after the paragraph where footnote is or at the end of the document (XHTML file). Usually there are many XHTML files in one EPUB so footnotes are located end of the chapter if they are not selected to be shown after the paragraph. In earlier InD CS versions, footnotes were located at the end of the whole book in the last XHTML file. Would be nice to have all these three options in EPUB export.

 

Request for three different footnote locations in EPUB:

- Footnote located after the paragraph

- Footnote located at end of the XHTML file

- Footnote located at end of the last XHTML file in EPUB
