Stop printing multiple pages on one sheet

When printing from Acrobat or Reader, the print preview and settings show that I am printing a single page on one sheet of paper. However, it actually prints two pages side-by-side on one sheet of paper. How would I stop this? This is the only program that does this. I have checked all printing settings in all Adobe products as well as the printer settings in the device's properties. Your help is greatly appreciated.

    Hmmm... Try this:

    Click on Advanced

    Check "Print as Image"

Then try to print. Just curious if its a PS driver issue.

It seems like an issue the with PostScript drivers installed on the machine. Did you install the latest version of PS Drivers on the customer's machine?

    You can also check this:

    Click on Advanced

    Select PostScript options

    Select Language Level 2

    and then try.

You have probably checked, but does the advanced menu show multi-up for the print option?

    my 2 cents.

The print as image may be an ill advised solution. That setting will stay selected and all subsequent printing will invoke it. It was offered by Sandeep as a troubleshooting measure.

    That's true.

But it will be set only for that particular printer. Other printer's will not invoke it. So if you have issues with one PS driver, set it only for that particular printer. You may also try other solutions mentioned above or check the installed drivers. I couldn't really provide a sure shot fix for there could be many causes of this issue.
