Adobe Application Manager will not install any apps or updates

I have had this problem since Creative Cloud was launched with installing but got around that by installing trial versions as suggested on here and by support staff on the phone.

So all of my Adobe Apps work - EXCEPT Acrobat Pro X which insists it is still a trial and will not activate.

So I have 2 major problems:

1. Adobe Acrocat X Pro has 10 days trial left after that I will not be able to use it. I have had live chats where Adobe support have taken control of my PC twice now and nobody has been able to sort this. I have had to watch them install Acrobat over and over again in the hope that it wil suddenly work. I have wasted a whole work day on this issue! Please help with this.

2. There are updates to some CS6 apps available now, Dreamweaver and Illustrator - Adobe Application Manager tells me this and downloads them but fails on install saying the updates are not applicable. I presume this is linked to the fact that Adobe Application Manager would not download and install the apps in the first place due to error 6?

Please can somebody help with this - there is obviously a problem with AAM and if that is sorted then both of the issues above will be solved.

P.S. I have tried removing various files/folders as suggested on here. That didnt help.

Branched to a new discussion.

System specs? AAM logs? We need to know more.

All your errors are validation errors, meaning something is shuffling around bits and bytes which change the checksum/ hash value. Could be a virus scanner, could be your network connection, could by file I/O issues with your harddrive. Impossible to tell from a distance, but you may at least check those things.

Imposible to tell. I'm sure the logs of your local security suite as well as your company's router/ server would provide some clues, but that goes way beyond what we deal with on this forum. If you have no alternate way of accessing the web, then I guess you'll have to haggle this out with your IT department until it works.
