Hello:
I'm trying to get my site ready to launch and would like help with two issues...
1. On the iphone and Ipad, the inner_wrapper does not center left & right.
2. The blue banner on the top (top_bar) does not repeat, even though it has an repeat-x on it.

I tried adding min-width:1024px; to body. It only moved the inner_wrapper over to the right a bit. So I removed it.
One site suggests adding this...
<meta name="viewport" content="width=1003, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1">
But frankly, the site set up is a bit more complicated than I'm used to, with lots of templates, etc... So I'm not really sure where to try adding it. main_wrapper.tpl?
Any thoughts or other suggestions relating to this problem much appreciated.

P.S. I know there are quite a few errors relating to making it XHTML Strict, but for now I'd like to concentrate on getting it looking right on mobiles.
