I've transferred my Elements 7 from a desktop to a new laptop, but I'm told it's activated on two other computers already. This is not so - how can I get this sorted out?
Please contact customer service they will increase the activation count.
You should always deactivate your software before reinstalling when you are unable to do so..this error message comes...http://helpx.adobe.com/contact/
