Why do I keep getting an error for this application? I fixed all the Visualc++ errors.

Lets run the Adobe Cleaner Tool and use option 3 to remove Creative Cloud from the machine and then install Adobe Application Manager from the below link and try to install it.

Check if it works fine. Reply to his thread in case of same issue.
