Time Ruler in Frames not Time

I am sure this is a simple problem but I can not find the answer.

I have several sequences in a project the first one shows time in the time ruler but all the rest and any I add show frames.

How do I change this?

    Just hover over the numbers of the playhead position and rightclick. There you can set it back to timecode.

    Hi

    I did and this is what I get I don not see any option for the time ruler. What am I missing?

    The yellow numbers on the left in the timeline.

    I just checked the sequence setting and found this. I made this sequence by dropping the file onto the new item icon.For some reason this seq. only allows frames. Weird. So I made a new seq and copied the clips to it and now I have time.

    Thanks for the help it did get me to the right answer.

    That is odd, you should have gotten the image as shown in the screendump below.

    Does it also give just frames when you rightclick on the yellow numbers in the Program Monitor?

    EDIT: i see you got it fixed in the mean time.

    Yea after I made the new sequence I do get that.it seems to be something to do with the files I dropped onto the New Item Icon. That made the "custom" sequence that did not allow time.

    Maybe it is a bug?

    Maybe. Can you send me one (small?) file that causes that sort of sequence to be created? If so, PM me with the file details and I will arrange a way to get it from you. Thanks!
