I published a website thru Muse to my Business Catalyst account. When I try to login the page freezes and does not go anywhere. I have used all of the browsers I have; Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Opera, and they all give me the result: after I fill in my email and password and press the sign in button nothing happens the page freezes. How do I get in so that I can manage my site?
Where are you trying to login? Your site administration?
If so, be sure you are going to http://yoursitename.businesscatalyst.com/adminconsole
You may also log into your Creative Cloud and click on manage site from there. It will be listed on the right hand side.
Sorry it took so long to reply. I am not use to using a forum for support, and do not know were to look to see if someone replies.
If I click on manage in the Creative Cloud window, I get a login screen. After I fill in the information and click the sign in button, nothing happens. The screen just stays on the login page and nothing happens. The same thing happens when I use the URL address you sugested.
