Is Adobe's new business model to annoy customers until they go away?

Trying to upgrade from cs5.5 to cs6.0 has been a rediculous and tedious exercise.

    Are you receiving any particular error messages?  What part of the install process is causing your difficulties?  Which operating system are you using?

    So you are trying to claim your post announce upgrade to Creative Suite 6?  If so I would recommend reviewing the relevant document below for the process to claim your upgrade.
