I have published two folio's to a multi-issue viewer app (V20) but in the Publish Request screen the status stays on Queued, while yesterday evening the publish requests were handled almost immediately.
How can I change this. I already tried cancelling en re-publishing the folio's a few times....
Please help a.s.a.p as the App is live in iTunes and no-one is able to download published issues at the moment...
