Help. I too am having problems.
I had the same problem, the only way I got it working again was by re-downloading the folio again
Cross reference to Roche: this is why we need alerts, info boxes and
warning signs. people are stuck and have no idea why, but the software does
and tells nobody about it.

I had to download and add Phone Disk to get Adobe Content Viewer connected w/ the ipad.
