I can't seem to log on to my ftp account using my adobe username

I can't seem to log on to my business catalyst (ftp) account using my adobe username: urbanoasis.worldsecuresystems.com/<adobe username>/dw. The system returns "Your login or password is incorrect." But the same username works for Create Cloud.

 

Please help.
