File Uploads Legal Terms

I am creating a site that allows users to upload and share files.  How would I go about writing out the legal terms for using the site so that if a user uploads illegal content, I do not get in trouble?  I understand this probably isn't the best place for legal advice, but I thought someone here may know a few places I can start.

    You can add all the disclaimers you want but technically the site owner assumes legal responsibility for any content published on their site.  Objectionable content should be screened before it goes live.  Photos of people should be accompanied by signed model releases,  etc...
