The issue is I cannot use the apps and I'm running late on my schedule.
Adobe website is the most difficult in the world to contact a sales rep and no chat is available pretty unbelivable for a company this big
I tried to check the order status from our side and we found that there was a negative reply from your Credit Card Vendor.
Please get this checked and place the order once again.
The problem is that there is absolutely no way for me to purchase again.
I cannot add cloud to my cart @29 per month
I cannot cancel the previous order
As my order is showing as Pending I can't do anything.
When I go to cloud plans on the web it is as I'am a subscriber but when i use the apps not. There is no way for me to process the card again/ pay again it is a nightmare so please reset my cloud account or do something so I can purchase / pay again
I have a similar problem - Adobe is not allowing the subscription purchase because it says the address can not be verified. I've verified all my info, it's correct and the card works elsewhere without incident. Adobe says the $1 pre-auth is failing, though it shows up every time on my financial institution's transaction history.
Even more frustrating is that Adobe's site is discarding my order as soon as it gives me the error message. No order number to follow up on, and so far no ability for anyone at Adobe to actually get this resolved (since I guess case numbers require order numbers).
Please, Adobe, get your billing/support system fixed, or at least show some indication that this problem is being worked on.
Mandhir, can you please help again. I have 2 subscriptions now, my cloud subscription and the old dreamweaver subscription, however, I can only use dreamweaver in 2 computers when I should be able to activate it on 4. Can you help me please? I upgraded dreamweaver to the latest version in all computers, I never use the computers at the same time but I have 1 windows desktop, 1 windows laptop, 1 mac desktop, 1 mac laptop and dreamweaver is the only tool i cannot pass. Again, I never used it on 2 or more computers at the same time, but I do need to be able to used it any of them
I am beyond pissed with Adobe ordering system. IT DOESN'T WORK! I have been trying since release day to get 5 Creative cloud subscriptions and believe it or not I still am unable to buy them. System says cannot verify credit card address. I have called every week , mulitple time per week and even Adobe sales people are confused by their own system. The credit card is fine and works everywhere else. My trials are running out in 3 days and i'm #%@!.
Oflrores, how did you resolve your issue?
Anybody from Adobe can help here?
