Where is the content-aware button?

i recently installed photoshop and i can't find the content-aware button in the patch list on the left. what am i doing wrong?

    Are you talking about CS6?  If so, then once you have selected the Patch tool, then use the drop-down in the Options bar next to the word Patch.

    If using the spot healing brush there is a box to check in the tool header.

    So you talking about CS6, because in CS5 wasn’t  anything like that on path list,…but in CS6 you have “content-aware move tool”,  but  if you select “path tool”, then you have a option in option bar, on top below menus, you can select Patch: normal or content-aware.....…………
