I have submitted a case for upgrade on 5/10 and again on 5/20 I still don't have an answer or any notification from Adobe, I've got a case number which says I would hear in 1-3 days.
I chatted with Subharada (Bangalor?) she couldn't even find my account! I can't find anyone or any link to talk to anyone who cares? I got an idea: Why don't you bring back customer support back to the USA where customer service used to work?

It is now 6/3 and I have no notice from Acobe about my pre announce upgrade to CS6 Master Suite. I bot 5.5 and registered it is confimed in My Adobe Products with the correct S/N. I have a case number from 5/22 # 0208421282 but have had no mail from Adobe. Whaat are theey dooing, trying to drive me crazy?
