I'm trying to install Creative Cloud on my second computer. It downloads the software fine, but then gets hung up on install. I'll either get a waiting to install message for hours, or the install will start and then stall.
I've been able to install Muse & Photoshop, but am having problems with Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver.
I've been having this same issue--I've researched and called Adobe Customer service. Haven't received any help.
After putting on a fresh install of Adobe Application Manager, I was able to download and successfully install Dreamweaver. However, I've had no success with the other applications.
Like you, I get stuck on "Downloading..." for hours, well after all the files are downloaded.
I'm moving this thread over to our download/installation forum.

I have not tried that. I'll give it a shot. Everthing worked good on my work computer which is running Windows 7 and has CS 5.5 Master Collection on it. My home computer which is running Windows 7 has CS3 Educational on it.
I also reinstalled Application Manager on my home computer, without success.
Does the install folder have anthing to do with this? When I check the folder in Application Manager at work it's blank, but at home I selected the Aobe folder in the programs folder.
I've also noticed that on work computer when the Application Manager selected where to put the files they were put in either the Program Files or Program Files (x86) file.
One other thought, will I have to uninstall the partially installed versions before it works?
I am more of a Mac guy, so some of this stuff on Windows is a little forgien to me.
Program Files is used for 32-bit applications and Program Files (x86) is used for 64-bit applications.
I would recommend checking Programs & Features under Start>Control Panel and see if there is an entry for the application you are preparing to install. If so then select the uninstall option prior to installation.
This seems to be working. I made sure Application Manager was not running. Next I uninstalled the partial installs through the Control Panel Unstall Programs. Then I went back into Application Manager and started downloading one at a time. I have 4 installed and working on the 5th.
Thanks for all the suggestions and help.
