Will Creative Cloud CS6 have a cd option?

I think it would be best if you get a cd or flash drive containing a certain amount of files, as a back up and/or or installation starter.

Will any cd be an option you think?

No one can speak for Adobe. However, it is unlikely.

BTW you have posted to the Design forum, which is dedicated to Design issues, not product issues.
