Hi, I recently bought the Lightroom 4 Education version and tried to register today. Later on I was told that the level of my school where I teach (public music school) did not fit the requirements for the Education discount. In the past I ordered different software and never had that problem. What bothers me the most is that there is no possibility to respond to the email (noreply).
So what can I do now? Is there an upgrade or do I have to sell the product (allthough it sais that student and teacher editions cannot be sold...). Thanks. Martin
