Adobe BrowserLab not working anymore

I am new to this forum and new to using DW and i hope I am posting things the right way.

 

I am a Mac user Operating system OX 10.7.4 I am using DW CS5 and want ot check my website on adobe browser Lab and it is not working. I get this message

 

"Making this change would require changing code that is locked by a template or translator. The change will be discarded"

 

And it fails to load the pages

 

If I validate the page I get the following message

 

"An exception occurred! Type:NetAccessorException, Message:Could not connect to the socket for URL 'http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd'[xml]"

 

And in the code view this is what I get:

 

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

I did load the latest Dreamweaver Cs5 update and patch and still have th same issue.

 

I tried calling adobe and got no support- apparently they don't provide support to admobe BrowserLab.

 

Any suggestions?
