Failed to Get User Preferences

I have 3 scripts online right now for ongoing projects that I'm trying to work on only Adobe Story just updated and now won't log me in. I keep getting the "Failed to get user preferences" error. I need to update a script tonight for a client, then prep one for a recording session tomorrow. Can I get this resolved a.s.a.p. please! My ID is john.kostrzewski@gmail.com
