I've raised a support ticket (#0208498675) for an activation problem with Muse on Sunday but it's not been answered, is there a reason for this? Thanks.
I had an activation issue. I was left unanswered for a week till they reset my account.
I was able to use Muse for two weeks before my Muse once again has stopped activating... stating too many activations and too many deactivations.
Unlike most of the world - I actually Use Muse for our corporate website. I missed a fairly important deadline today because I can't use my Muse to upload our corporate website.
My user ID is the ID our Business Catalyst web site is attached to.
So I am the ONLY ONE WHO CAN UPLOAD TO THE SITE.
THis sucks more than you can imagine.

So - here is the workaround.
Thankfully someone in my office has a working copy of Muse.
We put the working files on our server (so he could open them).
We then went to preferences and there is an option to use someone elses' BC account for upload. We changed the upload account to mine and Viola! we could upload the site using my adobe credentials.
