I am new to Photoshop, any recommended book to follow to learn?  Or what's the best way to learn how to use Photoshop?

The "CLassroom in a Book" is a pretty good start. Also be sure to download the PDF of the User Guide (not sure if it's up for CS6 yet).

A lot depends on what your background is, and what you mainly want to use Photoshop for - design, retouching, animation, etc.

Yes, Adobe Classroom in a Book is a good start.  It has a lesson plan and a DVD so you can see how they do the projects.  This way kind of a double learning experience.

Video training through lynda.com or kelbytraining.com are excellent.  Both are available via monthly or annual subscription rates.

If you prefer books, then I'd go with the various Scott Kelby titles because they are fun to read.  The Adobe CRIAB series are very good, but also a bit on the dry side, which means you are likely to be doing your learning in small chunks.

If you are an absolute beginner and can stand having basic techniques be presented as pro or advanced ones, the Kelby books are maybe ok, if you like his tone.

If you prefer learning techniques in a more serious way, go for Real World Photoshop, or the Martin Evening books.
