video stills

Is it possible to create stills from a youtube video and then import the still to Photoshop or any other Adobe proram and create high res jpegs? Hope someone can help with this.  Many thanks,

    Depends on the quality of the video.  There as lots of 480, and even a few 720 videos on YouTube, but not so many 1080.   The bottom line is you can only grab what is there in the first place, and that would be as easy as pausing and using Alt Prt Scr on Windows, then going to Photoshop  and Ctrl n (new document the size of the clipboard, and Ctrl v (to paste the clipboard contents).
