As a matter of policy, Adobe does not provide free software upgrades to forum moderators. The confusion sometimes arises when a forum moderator is also a member of a prerelease or other Adobe community program, such as the Adobe Community Professionals program. Community moderators are product experts inside and outside Adobe (designers, authors, trainers, developers). These volunteers monitor and facilitate discussions, moderate comments and content, and are empowered to improve the overall quality of the content and help everyone succeed.
