Forum moderator needs CS6

May 29, 2012 9:58 PM

Hello
I am moderator of "community Help France" and I have creative suite CS4. I wonder if Adobe has an upgrad for moderators because I don't know how to moderate a version if I don't know them.
without upgrad, remove me as moderators because I will be useless ...

I Call adobe France without solution and tchat with Adobe through the pages of moderators also unresolved ...

    Hi Jy,

As a matter of policy, Adobe does not provide free software upgrades to forum moderators. The confusion sometimes arises when a forum moderator is also a member of a prerelease or other Adobe community program, such as the Adobe Community Professionals program. For more information on the ACP program, please see: http://www.adobe.com/communities/professionals/

Community moderators are product experts inside and outside Adobe (designers, authors, trainers, developers). These volunteers monitor and facilitate discussions, moderate comments and content, and are empowered to improve the overall quality of the content and help everyone succeed. There's more info in the community moderator guidelines: http://www.adobe.com/communities/guidelines/#About_the_community

Thanks again for your CS4 tutorial contributions. We are always looking for potential new leaders in the community. If you are interested in renewing your role as a community moderator for a particular product, please contact the European forums administrator, or reply here and we'll have him follow up with you.

Just an idle comment from an interested 3rd party...

I have the distinct impression Adobe really, really doesn't want their web forum presence to cost them very much.
